1. Partner with local colleges and universities to bring and keep thought leaders in technology and
    innovation in Sacramento
2. Engage and participate in the innovation ecosystem and seek opportunities to bring innovation
    funds to Sacramento
3. Establish Sacramento as a runway linking the San Francisco Bay Area, Silicon Valley, and the Central Valley
