# Innovation Capacity - Goal 6

Build greater innovation capacity within City Hall

## Objectives

1. Develop and deploy an innovation academy to train City staff in new methods and tools to
    leverage partnerships, improve service delivery, and reduce operational costs
2. Use the Demonstration Partnerships Policy as a tool for identifying and prioritizing high-value
    opportunities to rethink traditional approaches
3. Encourage a culture of greater risk-taking, experimentation, and agility to accelerate continuous
    improvement in City operations
4. Deploy new digital tools to drive more evidence-based and data-driven decision-making
